INNOVATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Doral College is a private, not for profit college based in Doral, FL currently offering dual enrollment courses to high school students. The College was founded with the goal of removing barriers to opportunities in higher education by partnering with schools to bring college directly to their students. DC currently works with 20+ Florida charter schools, from Key West to Tallahassee.

The College’s academic program is designed to produce students who can communicate effectively, think critically, and access and use information from multiple sources. Instruction is delivered through online, hybrid, and face to face delivery methods. Doral College received accreditation from the Distance Education Accrediting Commission last spring, and subsequently joined the Florida State Course Numbering System (SCNS).
